Paul Brayley has been in the motor trade since he started as an Apprentice Technician at the age of 15. After completing his training he worked his way up to become Service Manager. He then decided to cross over into sales where he became successful, moving through the ranks to become Sales Manager, then Area Manager for another Honda group. Paul has worked for various manufacturers throughout his career but when the opportunity arose to acquire his own Honda dealership he did not hesitate founding Brayley Honda in St Albans in 2003.Since then Brayley Honda has grown to incorporate four Honda dealerships along the M25 corridor. Paul believes in remaining very hands on and sincerely believes that customer satisfaction and a happy well trained team are paramount to the success of the business .
Mark has been with Brayley Honda since the beginning, becoming a successful Sales Executive. Recognising that Mark had the attributes to succeed, he was promoted to Sales Manager where he took took the reins at St Albans, then when our fourth dealership was acquired at Enfield, he became General Sales Manager. After proving his mettle at Enfield, he was delighted when he was invited to become Sales Director in 2011.
Louise began her career with Honda in 2001 as an Accounts Clerk. After a short break from the motor industry, she returned to Brayley Honda where she assumed more responsibility and when the opportunity arose, and the time was right in 2009, Louise became the Management Accountant for the Brayley Group. Louise and her team run the centralised accounts department for the group based in St Albans and her commitment and diligence gives invaluable support to Paul.
Andy was promoted to Aftersales Manager in 2011 after proving himself as a Service Advisor then Service Supervisor and Service Manager. Responsible for the performance of the service and parts department in St Albans, Andy has produced excellent results from his departments.
Newly promoted to Aftersales Director having held the role as Group Aftersales Manager since 2011, Sailesh joined Brayleys Cars 2009 as Afterales Manager with an impeccable pedigree and over 20 years in the motor industry.
After qualifiying as a technician, he worked hard to achieve Master Technician status, of which, at the time there were only 13 in Europe. He used his knowledge and skills to become Workshop Controller then Service Manager.
His technical skills ensure that the aftersales operations across all of our dealerships run efficiently and that he can deal with customers and technicians with complete confidence.
In his role as Group Used Car Buyer, Kevin has been with Brayley Honda since the beginning. With 18 years experience in car sales, Kevin has held the following positions Sales Manager at our St Albans and Hemel dealerships, and General Manager at Grays. Kevin is now responsible for the acquisition and logistics of used vehicles for our group dealerships.
Brian joined the Brayley Group in June 2012 and came to us with a wealth of local knowledge good local network, having been local all of his life and working in the industry since 1981. Working across the industry, Brian has held positions up to and including Group Used Car Buyer for a main dealer group in London and Dealership Manager for a local business.
A family man, in his spare time Brian supports Tottenham football club. He is enjoying the opportunity of building on the good name of Brayleys, and taking it into the local business market place.
Joining Brayley Honda as Sales Manager at Grays in 2011, David came to us with 15 years of experience in the motor industry, 12 of which were with Honda. Enthusiastic and professional, David was a very successful Manager at our Grays showroom before stepping into the General Sales Manager position at St Albans where he continues to successfully run the sales operation in addition to having overall responsibility for the sales operation at Hemel.
