Paul Brayley, Managing Director

Paul Brayley

Paul Brayley has been in the motor trade since he started as an Apprentice Technician at the age of 15. After completing his training he worked his way up to become Service Manager. He then decided to cross over into sales where he became successful, moving through the ranks to become Sales Manager, then Area Manager for another Honda group. Paul has worked for various manufacturers throughout his career but when the opportunity arose to acquire his own Honda dealership he did not hesitate founding Brayley Honda in St Albans in 2003.Since then Brayley Honda has grown to incorporate four Honda dealerships along the M25 corridor. Paul believes in remaining very hands on and sincerely believes that customer satisfaction and a happy well trained team are paramount to the success of the business .

Mark Corr, Sales Director

Mark Corr

Mark has been with Brayley Honda since the beginning, becoming a successful Sales Executive. Recognising that Mark had the attributes to succeed, he was promoted to Sales Manager where he took took the reins at St Albans, then when our fourth dealership was acquired at Enfield, he became General Sales Manager. After proving his mettle at Enfield, he was delighted when he was invited to become Sales Director in 2011.

Louise Walsh, Management Accountant

Louise Walsh

Louise began her career with Honda in 2001 as an Accounts Clerk. After a short break from the motor industry, she returned to Brayley Honda where she assumed more responsibility and when the opportunity arose, and the time was right in 2009, Louise became the Management Accountant for the Brayley Group. Louise and her team run the centralised accounts department for the group based in St Albans and her commitment and diligence gives invaluable support to Paul. 

Neil Deacon, Sales Manager

Neil Deacon

With 15 years of experience in the motor industry, Neil has been leading the sales team at St Albans in his capacity as Sales Manager since July 2010. Prior to assuming the role at St Albans, Neil was the Sales Manager at the Hemel Hempstead showroom where he had been promoted from his role as Business Manager. Neil's role as Business Manager saw him near the top of the leader board across the region, eventually coming third as Business Manager of the Year. It was his ability to succeed and his leadership style which led to his promotion.

Andy Doust, Service Manager

Andy Doust

Andy was promoted to Aftersales Manager in 2011 after proving himself as a Service Advisor then Service Supervisor and Service Manager. Responsible for the performance of the service and parts department in St Albans, Andy has produced excellent results from his departments.

Sailesh Popat - Group Aftersales Manager

Sailesh Popat

Recently promoted to Group Aftersales Manager, Sailesh joined Brayley Honda in Enfield as Aftersales Manager in 2009 bringing with him an impeccable pedigree and over 20 years in the motor industry.

After qualifying as a technician, he worked hard to achieve Master Technician status, of which, at the time, there were only 13 in Europe.

He used his knowledge and skills to become Workshop Controller and quickly worked his way up to Service Manager.

His technical understanding ensures that the afersales operations at Enfield and our other Honda dealerships run efficiently and he can deal with customers and technicians with complete confidence.
